cleaning, and the final determination will be made by 3LM based on safety and effectiveness.

By authorizing drone services, you acknowledge that results may vary based on surface condition,
material type, and environmental factors.

Limitation of Liability

3LM Roof Cleaning & Aerial Soft Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage,
structural issues, or conditions that were present prior to service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3LM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
